Professionally Driven is a model of PD that moves away from passive training to active adult learning. Participants will learn how to reshape the adult learning environments in the district or organization that focuses on three big concepts: Growth Mindset, Intrinsic Motivation, and Sustainable Autonomy. Participants will also use the Planning Map to begin the first steps in creating the conditions to foster educator empowerment for all.
