Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Participants will learn instructional strategies and curriculum choices that have been demonstrated to have a significant positive impact on girls in STEM and CTE courses (NSF Grant #1513060). Rubrics that have helped teachers improve their efficacy with students who are currently under-represented in the fields of computer science, engineering, and other technical fields will be shared, as well as SciGirls resources that can be used in any grade level to expand the likelihood of students pursuing further study in STEM/CTE fields. See https://www.nsf.gov/awardsearch/showAward?AWD_ID=1513060 for more information on the grant that funded this project.
