If we want to successfully encourage students to be enthused by STEM subjects and consider STEM careers for the future, encouragement for these subjects needs to begin when they are young. Design a technology and STEM-infused center rotation that connects to current learning for your K-2 students. Boost student accountability, increase student agency, and assess your independent stations, all while you work with a small group. In this session we will explore the possibility of incorporating tools like Google Classroom, Seesaw, and more. Take away some great ideas for including more content-connected STEM and teambuilding into your rotations. Access to 10+ tablets or laptops in the classroom is recommended for successful implementation of our ideas.
