Do you find the ISTE Standards for Education Leaders a little intimidating? In this session I will share how I decided to stop thinking that I “didn’t get technology” and became an administrator with a strong desire to become a connected learner. To do so required humility, a willingness to be vulnerable, an empowering technology coach, and persistence.Today, I am not ready to say that I am a digital leader, but I am ready to say that I am a connected learner. Oh, and I am no longer intimidated by those ISTE Standards for Education Leaders. If you are interested in what I learned about connected learning, come to this session and hear my story.
