This session provides participants with a free course to share with administration and staff at their schools. The course provides an overview of OER, including Introduction, Outcomes, Benefits, History and Development, and Challenges of Using OER. Participants will take away a framework with which they can then develop an OER Policy, begin OER Advocacy and Capacity Building within their institutions. Participants will also be provided directions to share the course in multiple formats: fully online; a pdf version; and LMS versions. All content will be free and Creative Commons licensed.
