Podcasting is one of the fastest areas of growth in media and production. In fact, 40% of Americans have listened to a podcast in the last year. Yet, many students never listen to one for learning, much less create one. Podcasts are a great source for free fiction and nonfiction texts. We will explore how to use podcasts in the classroom and ideas for creating podcasts (student-created).
