My 4th-6th graders developed a maze that each robot would need to complete. They used measuring concepts, spatial reasoning, and lots of trial and error to complete the maze. Students were fully engaged in this project. This was a group project that involved lots of teamwork, taking turns, sharing input and accepting failure. This project is perfect for students that are learning to persevere with a hard academic task and how to collaborate with others.
