As the Digital Learning Integrationist, I work side-by-side with teachers to incorporate meaningful and engaging lessons through integration of technology. Research shows, students to who have fun and can take ownership in their work are more likely to actively attend school. Technology doesn't need to be an "extra" class, it can be intertwined within each existing lesson. Our students do not know a world without technology. Technology isn't going anywhere, it's getting more complicated. As contributing members during the "Technology Era", our kids deserve to leave us able to compete.
